Power System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Review and independently assess HV (110kV) connection and grid access requests
• Perform and document grid calculations (load flow, voltage band, short‑circuit)
• Identify grid bottlenecks and define reinforcement or alternative solutions
• Provide ready‑to‑use technical evaluations to support customer account managers
• Maintain and validate grid models and technical assessment data
• Report results to the lead engineer and participate in technical meetings

Skills and Qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in Power, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience with high‑voltage grids (110kV)
• Proficiency knowledge of Dig SILENT Power Factory
• Experience with grid connection studies and N‑1 criterion
• Basic knowledge of GIS/grid models; SAP experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German will be advantage
• Cooperative mindset in an international environment
