We’re seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to join Technology team supporting global payment solutions in a dynamic, hybrid work setup., , Sounds like your kind of challenge?

Your responsibilities, Deliver end-to-end Production Support, including L2/L3 incident resolution and post-resolution problem analysis., Perform root cause analysis for major system issues and drive remediation plans., Manage and implement software releases and local automation scripts (Shell, Bash, Python, Java)., Support various testing activities for new implementations and functionality upgrades., Collaborate with stakeholders across global locations to ensure system stability and performance., Design and drive process improvements, leveraging new technologies to improve service reliability., Conduct data validation, analysis, and reconciliation to identify anomalies supporting root cause investigations., Participate actively in team goals, sometimes leading initiatives to deliver productivity and capability uplifts., Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills across global teams., Strong experience in:, SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle database architecture)., Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Java)., Kubernetes and containerized environments., Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk)., Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation., Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities., Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and production support processes., Ability to triage critical issues under pressure and prioritize effectively in complex environments.
