About the project

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting-edge technologies that shape the world of the future. We are currently looking for an experienced Optimizely Advisor to join an international team responsible for implementing and evolving a global Optimizely CMS platform. You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding platform owners and content teams on CMS best practices, governance, and scalable multi-market rollouts while ensuring a consistent and future-proof content architecture.

Budget: 160–210 PLN net/h – B2B

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the Optimizely CMS subject matter expert for the implementation and rollout of a global website platform
  • Define and promote Optimizely CMS best practices for content architecture, site structures, page hierarchies, and content assets
  • Support the setup of the global master site and ensure a scalable foundation for multi-market rollouts
  • Establish and maintain CMS governance standards across global and local implementations
  • Guide project teams and market stakeholders on applying the global content model while supporting localization requirements
  • Ensure local market implementations follow approved architecture, governance principles, and content standards
  • Review proposed solutions and recommend improvements to ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform consistency
  • Provide expert guidance on permissions, editorial workflows, and access management within Optimizely CMS
  • Collaborate with platform owners to continuously improve implementation guidelines and rollout processes
  • Identify opportunities to optimize CMS governance and streamline future market deployments

Our requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience working with enterprise CMS platforms
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS
  • Proven experience delivering multilingual and multi-market website implementations
  • Strong understanding of content architecture, governance, localization, and CMS best practices
  • Experience with master-site and market rollout strategies across multiple countries
  • Ability to advise stakeholders and challenge non-standard solutions when needed
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in international enterprise environments
  • Very good English skills

Optional

  • Experience defining CMS governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of digital content strategy and editorial workflows
  • Experience with enterprise website transformation projects
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
