Game Fashion Designer (remote)

Bounce Force

  • Praca zdalna

What are you working on?
  • The name of the project(s): Project W
  • At what stage of the project(s)? Alpha
  • Genres: Action, Adventure
  • Platforms: PC, Mobile, Console

Why Should Candidates Come to Us?

Who are we?

Bounce Force Studio is an independent game studio developing Project W , a fashion-driven fantasy RPG where clothing is more than visual design, it is a core part of the world's identity, characters, storytelling, and gameplay.

We are building a team of talented specialists who want the opportunity to have a meaningful creative impact on an original IP from an early stage.

What is the project?

Our primary project is a high-fashion fantasy RPG combining anime-inspired character design with more detailed, material-focused visual design.

Fashion is one of the game's defining pillars. Characters are designed around distinctive silhouettes, fabrics, construction, accessories, embroidery, layering, and visual storytelling. We are looking for a fashion designer who can help us develop clothing that feels intentional and believable while still fitting within a fantastical game world.

This is not a traditional "game costume artist" position. You will have the opportunity to approach character clothing from the perspective of an actual fashion designer and help establish the fashion language of the game.

What makes us different?

We believe games can treat fashion as a genuine creative discipline rather than simply designing attractive outfits.

Our approach combines:

  • High-fashion principles with fantasy character design

  • Real-world garment construction and material knowledge

  • Strong attention to silhouette, proportion, layering, and fabric behavior

  • Fashion used as a storytelling tool to communicate personality, status, culture, and character identity

  • Close collaboration between fashion, concept art, character art, 3D, and other disciplines

  • A strong emphasis on creating original designs rather than relying on generic fantasy tropes

Because the project is being developed from an early stage, your work can have a lasting influence on the visual identity of the IP.

Why is the opportunity worth the risk?

Joining an original IP at an early stage comes with more creative opportunity than joining an established franchise where the visual language has already been defined.

You will not simply be receiving finished character designs and being asked to reproduce them.

You will have the opportunity to help establish the fashion direction itself.

Your work may influence how future characters, collections, factions, regions, and storylines are visually designed.

We are looking for people who want their work to become part of something they helped build not simply another asset in a large production pipeline.

How do we work?

We value clear communication, creative ownership, and collaboration between disciplines.

We provide the broader character and world direction while giving specialists room to contribute their professional expertise. For this position in particular, we want someone who can bring genuine fashion knowledge to the development process and help us determine what makes a garment feel convincing, distinctive, and intentional.

Where are we going?

Our goal is to build Woven Legacies into a long-term original IP with a large and continuously expanding cast of characters, fashion collections, worlds, and stories.

Fashion will remain a major part of the game's identity throughout its development.

We are therefore looking for a designer who is interested not only in individual outfits, but in helping establish a complete fashion system and visual language for an original fantasy universe.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Why do we enjoy working here?

Intangible Benefits

Creative Freedom & Realization

You will have the opportunity to bring your own fashion expertise and creative perspective into an original IP.

We are not looking for someone whose job is simply to follow predefined clothing designs. Your professional knowledge will directly influence how characters dress, how garments are constructed, and how fashion functions within the world of Project W.

You will have room to experiment, propose ideas, and develop designs while working within the broader artistic direction of the project.

Influence on the Product

Project W is being developed from an early stage, which means your work can have a meaningful impact on the final product.

You will help establish the fashion language of the Project W universe , including silhouettes, materials, styling principles, recurring design motifs, and the overall relationship between fashion and character identity.

Your decisions can influence not only individual characters, but the way future characters and fashion collections are approached.

Clear Management & Direction

We believe creative freedom works best when expectations and direction are clear.

You will receive clear character, world, and production requirements while still having room to determine the best fashion solution.

Feedback will be communicated directly and constructively, with the goal of improving the work rather than restricting creativity.

Professional Development

Project W brings together specialists from multiple creative disciplines, creating opportunities to learn from other professionals and expand your understanding of game development.

A fashion designer joining the project can gain experience working directly within a game production environment and learn how fashion concepts move from fashion design → concept art → 3D production → final game asset . You get to watch your designs come to life.

Working on an Original Project

You will be working on an original IP rather than simply reproducing designs from an established franchise.

This gives you the opportunity to help build a visual identity from the ground up and see how your fashion work contributes to the characters, world, and overall identity of the game.

Professional Growth System

We aim to provide an environment where specialists can continue developing their skills rather than remaining static in their role.

As the project develops, there will be opportunities to take on greater creative responsibility, contribute to broader fashion direction, and expand your role within the project's creative process.

Regular Constructive Feedback

Creative work will go through regular reviews and iterations.

Feedback will focus on why something works or does not work, rather than simply requesting changes without context.

You will have opportunities to discuss your design decisions, receive feedback from creative leadership and other disciplines, and refine your work through collaboration.

A Collaborative Creative Environment

Project W is being built by specialists from different disciplines. We value the idea that the strongest results come from allowing each specialist to contribute their expertise.

Your fashion knowledge will be treated as a valuable part of the creative process not simply as a production service.
