Your responsibilities
- Lead sales, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting processes in line with regional targets
- Monitor financial and commercial performance, providing timely insights and recommendations to management
- Analyze sales, margins, product and customer profitability to support commercial strategy and decisions
- Manage working capital, credit limits, collections and cash planning in close collaboration with Sales and Credit Management
- Oversee product costing, manufacturing cost analysis and inventory performance, supporting cost optimization at site level
- Ensure accurate financial controlling, closing, reporting, transfer pricing and full compliance with local tax and statutory requirements
- lead and coach two Legal Entity Controllers, ensuring high-quality controlling, timely reporting and compliance across legal entities
Our requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or MBA is a plus)
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in a Commercial Controlling role
- in depth Finance&Accounting process understanding and knowledge of local rules & legislations (civil/corporate/tax/law)
- Solid understanding of financial planning, performance management and accounting principles
- Experience in a manufacturing and international environment is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, business mindset and confidence working with stakeholders
- Fluency in Polish & English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with SAP FI/CO is preferred

5. Why do we use your data?
For All Candidates:
o To assess your application for a job and to communicate with you during the recruitment
process
o To inform you about the status of your application and possible future opportunities (unless
you have told us that you do not want us to keep your personal information for such purposes)
o To verify employment reference(s) that you have provided, background checks and related
assessments

facilities and assets, including occupational safety and health when you visit a site
o To comply with corporate and legal requirements (for example, to monitor diversity)

judgment tests, or personality profiling where relevant to the role applied for

6. What is the role of Career Hub/Eightfold?
dsm-firmenich uses Career Hub, powered by Eightfold AI, to support recruitment and internal
career development. It is a smart matching platform using AI to suggest job opportunities and
support fair hiring - whether you're an internal employee or an external candidate- although final
decisions are made by hiring teams.
For External Candidates:
If you apply for a job through our careers’ website or a partner site (like LinkedIn or a recruitment
agency), your application data is processed through the Career Hub platform.
For confidentiality and fairness, candidates aren’t permitted to record interviews. If you need to
request an exception—for accessibility or another valid reason—let your recruiter know in
advance.
If you applied through a job board or agency, your profile may be added manually by our team.
This data processing complies with privacy standards and agreements we have in place with the
agencies.

· Connect your LinkedIn profile (if you give permission) so details are imported
automatically
Once your data is submitted, Eightfold AI analyzes, summarizes, displays, and processes your
information to enable hiring teams to review your job application efficiently.
For Internal Candidates:
If you are currently a dsm-firmenich employee, some basic information is automatically imported
from our internal HR systems (such as People Now) into your Career Hub profile. This includes, i.e.:
name, line manager, time in position, location.
Once logged in, you can enrich your profile by adding additional skills, projects, certifications, work
experience, education, awards, patents, publications and future career goals.
Eightfold/Career Hub uses this data to:
▪ Offer you job recommendations based on your professional
experience, your interests, and the career paths of people with
similar backgrounds or those who have performed well in roles
you're interested in.
▪ Suggest internal jobs that could fit your interests and skills
▪ Show you potential skill gaps for roles you want, and recommend ways to build those skills
(like mentoring, training, or project work)
▪ Improve the relevance of suggestions as you interact more with the platform
▪ Improve your probability of being found by recruiters through the AI match score for open
job positions
Endorsements: in the platform, there is (or may be in future) a feature allowing colleagues to
endorse your skills. These endorsements are visible internally only and do not affect the match
score. The intention is to avoid bias that could arise from having more (or fewer) connections
within the company.
7. On what legal basis?
For the activities described above and for the recruitment, selection, evaluation and the possible
appointment of new employees and the management and administration of the recruitment and
HR process, we have the following legal grounds for processing your personal data:
o Our legitimate business interest, such as attracting, selecting, evaluating, and hiring talent to
support dsm-firmenich’s business needs
o To establish and manage a labor agreement with you, should you be offered and accept
employment with dsm-firmenich

8. Who has access to your personal data?
By dsm-firmenich:
Your personal data will only be accessed by dsm-firmenich employees or authorized third parties
who need it to perform their job duties and support the recruitment or internal mobility process.
Access is granted strictly on a “need-to-know” basis, and only for the purposes listed in this
Privacy Notice.
For External Candidates:
Recruiters, hiring managers, and relevant HR staff may access your information to manage your
application and evaluate your suitability for the job you applied for (or for similar jobs, where
applicable).
For Internal Candidates:
In addition to recruitment teams, career development teams or business stakeholders may
access your profile in Career Hub to identify internal job and career opportunities that align with
your skills and aspirations.
By other companies
We may share certain personal data with trusted third parties to help us manage and improve our
recruitment and career development processes. These third parties are carefully selected and
operate under data protection and confidentiality agreements.
Examples include:
⁃ IT services providers, such as security, hosting, data analysis, email delivery, customer relation
management, identity management and other services
⁃ Relocation, mobility and recruitment agencies
⁃ Pre-employment checking services and platforms
⁃ External software providers, like Eightfold AI Inc., which powers Career Hub platform used for
receiving and managing candidate job applications, analyzing candidate match scores and
supporting talent processes
9. International transfers
dsm-firmenich operates globally, which means your personal data—whether you are an internal
or external candidate—may be stored or processed in countries outside of your own.
When we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in
place to protect your privacy and rights.

the privacy and cookie notices of these companies are applicable, not ours.
Please note: we do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

10. How long will we keep your data?
We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described in
this Privacy Notice—such as recruitment, evaluation, and, where applicable, hiring—and/or to meet
legal or regulatory requirements.
For External Candidates:
With your consent, we will retain your personal data in the Career Hub for up to 1 year from your
last interaction with the platform. This allows us to contact you if future job opportunities arise
that could be relevant for you.
You can update or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our HR team.
If you do not log in on CareerHub for 12 months, your profile will be automatically deleted after a
reminder notification is sent to you.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes and that
there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records for
legal requirements or otherwise, which will not be possible to remove.
For Internal Candidates:
As an employee, your data remains in the Career Hub for the duration of your employment and,
where applicable, in line with the company’s retention policies and legal requirements. If you wish
to have (some of) your data removed from the platform, you can submit a request, which will be
carried out via our internal Nova ticketing tool where possible.
11. How do we ensure safety of your data?
dsm-firmenich handles your personal data with the utmost care. We have taken various technical
and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or alteration, unauthorized
disclosure, or misuse. In this way, we secure our systems according to the applicable security
controls from information security standards. Additionally, we make sure that these measures are
in compliance with applicable data protection and data security laws.
If interviews are recorded or transcribed using tools like Microsoft CoPilot, we apply strict access
controls and time-limited storage policies to protect your voice and conversation data. The

• Log into your Career Hub account to access or update your profile
• Submit a request via the Nova ticketing tool to edit or change what you cannot do via self service.

protection authority in your country or region.
14. California privacy rights
If you are a Californian resident, you have certain rights with respect to the collection, use, transfer,
