.NET Software Developer

Job Summary

Currently, we’re looking to expand our team in Łódź with a new colleague who brings over 3 years of experience working with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and is open to work on-site at least 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend application components and services using .NET technologies.
• Analyzing functional and technical requirements and proposing appropriate implementation solutions.
• Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend features.
• Owning assigned modules and delivering tasks with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshooting defects and resolving moderately complex technical issues.
• Contributing to code quality, performance, scalability, and improvements in maintainability.
• Collaborating closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Senior Developers.
• Supporting production releases and post-release issue resolution.
• Contributing ideas and improvements to existing systems and development practices.

Education

Bachelor’s or better in Information Technology or related field.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Practical experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID practices, and clean/layered architecture.
• Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using ORM and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Experience with testing frameworks (NUnit preferred) and API testing tools.
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).Working knowledge of deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Knowledge of agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and recursive planning.
• Background in advanced prompt engineering, specifically versioning and optimization tools.
