ServiceNow Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join an international team responsible for delivering and enhancing ServiceNow solutions supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM). You will play a key role in developing custom functionalities, integrations, and automations that enable efficient asset lifecycle management and seamless data flow across enterprise systems. Project information: Type of project: IT Services Office location: Katowice, Poland Work mode: Fully Remote Budget: 100-170 PLN net/h – B2B Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability) Project scope: Develop custom ServiceNow functionality to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Design and implement HAM-related workflows, automations, and business logic Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including procurement, finance, Discovery, and CMDB Configure Import Sets, Transformation Maps, and data synchronization processes Develop custom forms, UI Actions, client scripts, business rules, and notifications Support e-bonding and enterprise integration requirements where applicable Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects, performance issues, and integration challenges Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance Competence demands: 6+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API integrations Strong knowledge of Import Sets, Transformation Maps, and Flow Designer Experience developing custom workflows, forms, UI Actions, and automation solutions Good understanding of enterprise system integrations and data synchronization Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience working in Agile development environments Very good English skills Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery Experience with asset lifecycle management processes ServiceNow certifications We offer: Fully remote working model Full-time job agreement based on B2B Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) Life insurance Recruitment process: Introductory call Technical interview Final decision
