IT Information Analyst - Buying and Supply Chain

We are looking for an IT Information Analyst Buying and Supply Chain. At Kramp, our Buying and Supply Chain processes are at the heart of our business. Every improvement you make directly impacts product availability, inventory levels, supplier performance, and ultimately customer satisfaction across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and concepts into functional user stories.
• Create and implement test scripts based on user stories.
• Plan and guide the implementation of new functionalities and software releases, focusing on daily business support and workflow optimization.
• Document new functionalities and transfer knowledge to the support and maintenance organization.
• Provide third‑line functional support for users.
• Participate in international procurement projects, operating within Agile SCRUM methodologies and using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Team

Join the new Buying and Supply Chain team of six members responsible for Slim4, Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud Procurement, and supplier integrations. Your focus will be on Slim4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies.
• Experience with application implementation, maintenance, and third‑line support.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning systems (Slim4 is a plus) and preferably Oracle (Cloud) SCM modules, especially Inventory and Procurement.
• Experience with SQL.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent communication and analysis skills; strong team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
