International FMCG company reporting direclty to Managing Director

For our Client, international growing FMCG company, I am looking for a person for a position of Head of Finance. The person on this position will be responsible for supervising cash flow processes, guaranteeing accurate reconciliation of financial outcomes on a quarterly and annual basis across all business units, and assisting in regulatory compliance and financial reporting activities. This role provides a chance to operate in an international environment and take part in cross-border financial initiatives.

Supervise the group cash flow to ensure financial stability and smooth operations.
Lead preparation and reconciliation of quarterly reports and annual financial statements across the company's entities in Europe.
Support financial consolidation in line with HQ reporting standards.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Analyze financial data to support senior management decisions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Drive improvements in financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA certification is a plus.
Min. 5 years of experience in finance controlling, ideally in an international environment.
In-depth knowledge of cash flow oversight and financial reconciliation practices.
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel)
Familiarity with IFRS and various European local GAAP standards.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
