Your responsibilities
- Territory Management & Growth: Develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maximize profitability
- Clinical Expertise & Support: Perform in-depth product demonstrations and offer in-person support
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders – distributors, clinics, laboratories
- Strategic Selling & Negotiations: Navigate complex purchasing processes, negotiate contracts, and support tender submissions
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, report on competitor activity, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
- Adherence & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with IVDR regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
Our requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of high-level performance (often 2–5+ years) in medical device or specialized healthcare international sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, technical aptitude for complex medical products, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in clinical environments (microbiology, laboratory) added value
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong knowledge of the medical devices industry, regulatory guidelines, and reimbursement landscapes – added value
- English proficiency
- Additional foreign language – added value

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented senior sales specialist to develop international sales and lead distributors’ activities. The senior sales specialists’ responsibilities include setting up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers. You should also be able to identify unmet customer needs and recommend improvements to the product line accordingly.
To be successful as a senior sales specialist, you should be target-driven and adept at persuading customers to make purchases. Ultimately, a top-performing senior sales representative should be able to communicate effectively with customers and sales employees as well as demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
