Dispatcher / Fleet Coordinator (Filipino speaking)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Daily contact with drivers (English and Filipino speaking)
• Coordinating drivers – assigning routes, monitoring execution, and ensuring compliance
• Planning and control of working and driving hours according to EU rules
• Real-time tracking of deliveries and quick response to unexpected changes
• Handling delays, incidents, and problem-solving in dynamic situations
• Fuel efficiency and cost control monitoring
• Preparing necessary transport documentation
• Close cooperation with HR, Customer Service, and Technical Departments
• ⚠️ Note: Searching for loads is not part of your duties.

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in transport planning or fleet coordination is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational talent and ability to keep calm under pressure
• Very good command of English and Filipino (Polish or other languages are a plus)
