Project & Delivery Intern

About the project & team 

You'll join the international team at Boldare, building a platform for a government-owned company from Saudi Arabia that verifies professional qualifications of workers across industries. 

It's a complex, live product with a major release in progress — a real environment where organization, quality, and clear communication matter every day. 

Two tracks - choose yours  We're looking for one person who'll support the team in one of two areas. Tell us which one fits you better when you apply. 

Agile Project Lead Shadow (Agile & Project Coordination)

You'll work closely with our Agile Project Lead as a shadow learning the role from the inside. Over time you'll take on more: running meetings, reviewing documentation with fresh eyes, tracking action points, supporting the team's day-to-day flow. 

Good fit if you: 

• Are curious about how software teams are organized

• Communicate clearly and enjoy keeping things moving 

• Want to grow toward a project lead or APL role one day 

  QA Support - Testing & Quality 

You'll support our QA Engineer on a complex product. Manual UI and API testing, writing and maintaining test cases, and helping keep quality high during an active release cycle. QVP is a demanding project, so some prior exposure to testing is a real plus here. 

Good fit if you: 

• Have at least dipped your toes into manual or exploratory testing 

• Are detail-oriented and methodical 

• Want to grow in QA or software quality

What we're looking for (both tracks) 

→ You're organized and proactive you follow through and don't wait to be told what to do 

→ You communicate clearly in English  client and team communication happens in English daily 

→ You're comfortable with Jira / Confluence  or willing to get there fast 

→ AI tools are a plus  using AI to write docs, organize work, or support testing is welcome
