Program & Project Manager / Delivery Lead | Poland | Deloitte Digital

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead in a hybrid-agile environment (at least 5-6 years). 
• Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end technology/software implementation projects (preferably CRM, Commerce, Web & Mobile) as a Project/Program Manager.
• Previous experience in Professional Services, Consulting , Technology company will be a significant asset.
• Very good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology including data-migration and data integrations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a track record of serving as a point of contact for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with backlog management, business analysis, and prioritization across multiple teams.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a history of leading and reporting to senior leadership teams.
• A deep understanding of SCRUM ceremonies, JIRA, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to track team capacity and align resources with project needs & budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues and dependencies in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Polish. ️
• Nice to have: Certification in Project Management (PMP) or other relevant.
• Nice to have : Presales experience. ✒️

Your future role

• Work in client facing positions such as Project manager, Delivery Lead in Deloitte Digital team in Poland and Central EU 
• Drive medium or large system integration, migration or software development projects using waterfall or Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Lead project teams of 10-20 people  
• Plan, track, report and execute projects
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related
• Keep contact with client, manage issues and escalations
• Mobilize and manage project team, motivate team members
• Lead client people and various external vendors
• Report project progress to senior manager level
