Your responsibilities

• Participation in recruitment processes (job in take interviews with hiring managers, job posting, interviews, contact with candidates)
• Coordination of onboarding process (documents for new joiners, scheduling initial trainings)
• Participation in EB activities (eg. FB fanpage)
• Collaboration with senior management on HR policies
• Supporting managers and leaders in tasks related to the employees
• Support in terms of basic payroll and HR administration topic, contact with external payroll supplier
• maintaining personnel records files

Our requirements

• Good English skills, min. B2,
• Outstanding communication skills,
• Good analytical skills,
• Accuracy,
• Strong initiative, ownership of duties and responsibilities,
• Assertive,
• Practical experience in HR, including HR administration and labor law, gained in international manufacturing company - min. 3years +,

Role Overview

Due to the new projects and volume growth, we are currently strengthening our teams, including HR. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR colleague to support us in HR processes optimization within our factory and adapa group. We are ensuring whole HR services, like: hr administration, recruitment, training & development, employer branding, and many others. This is a new role in our local organization as an additional HR team member.
