Junior IT Consultant

About You  
Are you a 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field? Would you like to start your career in IT consulting, working with global clients and combining business understanding with technology?
If so, we are looking for you!

Your First Tasks Will Include

• Collaborating with our clients to improve the efficiency of their supply chains through world-class IT systems.

• Working as part of a project team - initially under the guidance of senior consultants, but quickly taking on more independent tasks.

• Analyzing customer needs and supporting the implementation of IT solutions in the supply chain and planning areas.

• Spending about half your time engaging with clients to understand their needs, and the other half developing and refining solutions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• IT skills: Basic knowledge allowing you to complete tasks and develop solutions (e.g., programming, databases, integration, AI/ML, Python, SQL).

• General interest in global supply chains and a strong willingness to learn about SCM business processes.  Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set of skills. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement!

• Consulting skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-confidence, and ownership.

• First professional experience – ideally in IT, consulting, or supply chain management.

• Confident communication in spoken and written  English and Polish (you’ll work with international clients). (At least B2 in both).

• Please note: Initially, we need your physical presence at our Warsaw office 3-4 days a week, with the possibility of transitioning to fewer office days as you progress .
