Your responsibilities, Deliver high-value outputs regularly, actively contributing code for at least 70% of your time, Advocate for throughput over output, ensuring efficient work processes, Offer technical leadership within the team, sharing knowledge and coaching junior team members, Support colleagues in reducing waste and improving work in progress, Keep close to the technology market, staying aware of industry changes and trends, Understand the impact of technical decisions on projects and departmental practices, taking responsibility for your choices, Support the definition and adoption of best practices and standards, ensuring effective governance, Consider security risks in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new products and services

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, Strong familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, Knowledge of web frameworks, such as React, NestJS, Vue.js, Laravel or Symfony, Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices, Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, Advanced level of English

Optional, Demonstrable experience in coaching or mentoring other developers, Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud-native approaches, Exposure to public and private cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development
