About the project, As a Senior System Integration Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across its enterprise technology landscape. You will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing integration solutions that connect critical banking systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless data exchange. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions, support system integration activities, and contribute to modern distributed platform development within a highly regulated environment. Your responsibilities, Validate functional and non-functional business requirements provided by internal stakeholders., Design integration processes using UML diagrams, including use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams., Create detailed integration specifications utilizing API design and documentation tools such as Swagger., Collaborate with architects and developers to define optimal technical solutions., Coordinate technical and project dependencies across multiple IT teams., Conduct preliminary integration testing to verify solution readiness., Analyze system defects and support issue resolution activities., Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to agile delivery processes., Model IT systems and document solution designs in accordance with project standards., Support the implementation of integration solutions within distributed system environments.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field., At least 5 years of experience working as a System Analyst on IT project teams., Communicative English & Polish for documentation and meetings., Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements., Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services, Microservices, and SOA., Practical experience in IT system modeling and enterprise solution design., Proficiency in UML and its application in large-scale projects., Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or other CASE tools., Good knowledge of MS SQL and database concepts., Understanding of distributed systems architecture principles., Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile environments., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Optional, Experience in the financial services or insurance industry., Knowledge of Kibana and Grafana tools.
