Financial & Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• coordinating the identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework,

• conducting risk assessments for key tenders and business initiatives,

• collaborating with risk owners to define and monitor risk mitigation actions across European, North American and other international market,

• maintaining and developing the Corporate Risk Register, risk assessment methodologies and risk models,

• preparing management reports, analyses, dashboards and presentations,

• supporting project teams in risk management throughout contract execution.

• preparing materials and supporting the activities of the Risk Management Committee (ERM),

• participating in audits and reviews of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP),

• developing and administering risk management tools, including SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Power Apps,

• identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing process efficiency,

• delivering training sessions and maintaining risk management documentation.

Candidate profile:

• university degree in Finance, Economics, Controlling, Risk Management or a related field,

• professional experience in risk management, internal control, audit, finance or controlling,

• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query and working with large datasets,

• good working knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint,

• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level,

• strong analytical skills, with the ability to formulate and present conclusions and recommendations,

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

• nice to have: experience working with SAP GRC or similar risk management solutions, knowledge of Power Apps, experience in designing and developing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes, familiarity with AI tools supporting data analysis,

• professional certifications in finance, audit or risk management (e.g. ACCA, CIA, CRISC) would be an advantage.
