About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly expanding global FinTech organization operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. With a strong international presence and a focus on innovation, the company is currently building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk, creating opportunities to shape processes and drive operational excellence. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
- Advise on Polish labor law and support compliant decision-making
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes (hiring, changes, offboarding)
- Prepare and review HR documentation (contracts, annexes, terminations, communication)
- Handle employee relations topics (absences, performance issues, conflicts, disciplinary cases)
- Support onboarding, organizational changes, and engagement initiatives
- Cooperate with international HR teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to building and improving HR processes in a new organization
- 3-6 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Specialist / Junior HRBP)
- Strong, practical knowledge of Polish labor law
- Experience with HR documentation and employee relations cases
- Ambition to grow into an HR Business Partner role
- Proactive, well-organized, and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Very good command of English
