SAP ABAP Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead with proficiency in SAP. Become part of EPAM and contribute to developing and supporting applications within the SAP Business Technology Platform. Responsibilities Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs Write technical and user documentation Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes Provide design and architectural decisions Requirements 8+ years of engineering experience in SAP ABAP; Experience working as team leader and mentoring organization structure with 10+ people Agile (Scrum) development experience with an expert understanding of application and software architecture Strong ABAP programming skills incl.
