IT Administrator
12500 - 17500 złSINGU
The Role SINGU Group has grown through acquisition, which means duplicated subscriptions, several identity setups, hardware inherited from acquired companies, and processes at different levels of maturity. Bringing all of that to one standard is the work ahead. This is the hands-on role in that effort. You'll keep the day-to-day running — accounts, devices, access, connectivity and the helpdesk queue — and do the practical work of consolidation: migrations, rebuilds, clean-ups, and the documentation that makes them stick. You'll report to the IT Lead, who sets the direction; your job is to implement it well, and say clearly when something isn't working. Alongside day-to-day work, a real part of this role is projects: merging Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition, migrating data between systems, building integrations between our tools, and replacing manual routines with automation. We're looking for someone who can carry a project through, not only close tickets as they arrive. Based in our Kraków office, with regular on-site presence — a good part of this job is being reachable in person for colleagues who need a hand with a laptop, meeting room or account. It will suit someone who likes solving problems end to end, would rather script a task than repeat it, and takes pride in an estate that's tidy, documented and predictable. What You'll Do Run the internal helpdesk: triage, resolve and escalate requests within SLAs across SINGU Group. Execute joiner/mover/leaver end to end — accounts, licenses, group membership, mailboxes and hardware. Fully equipped on day one, fully removed on the last. Administer Microsoft 365 and our application estate day to day: users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint permissions, and accounts in CRM, ERP, HR, finance and ticketing tools. Handle identity and access at operator level: SSO, MFA, conditional access, role/group assignment, and privileged account hygiene. Own device lifecycle across Windows and macOS: procurement, build standards, MDM enrolment (Intune, Jamf or equivalent), patching, repairs, replacements, secure wipe and disposal. Support offices and networks: Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, printers and meeting-room AV — including the IT side of office moves. Administer AI tooling: seats, workspace configuration, spend, and helping colleagues get real value from it. Deliver consolidation projects: merging M365 tenants after acquisitions, migrating mailboxes and data, decommissioning legacy systems and retiring duplicated tools. Build integrations between internal systems so data moves without manual copying. Verify backup and recovery for the internal estate — tested, not assumed. Automate repetitive work with scripting (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or equivalent), using AI to move faster. Write and maintain documentation: runbooks, asset/license records, how-to guides, and audit evidence. Implement security baselines set by Information Security, and flag anything that looks wrong rather than working around it. What We're Looking For 4+ years hands-on in internal IT, IT support or systems administration — ideally multi-site or distributed. Solid Microsoft 365 tenant-level admin: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and licensing. Practical experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints via MDM (Intune, Jamf, Kandji or similar). Applied networking fundamentals: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN and firewall rules — enough to diagnose, not just reboot. Scripting to automate routine work — PowerShell preferred. Already uses AI as a working tool — writing/debugging scripts, drafting docs, speeding up research and troubleshooting — from day one. A track record of running work end to end (a migration, rollout or clean-up) — planning, doing and closing it out, not only reactive ticket work. Documents work clearly enough for others to pick up. Patient and clear with non-technical colleagues — treats a ticket as a person, not a queue item. Security-aware: least privilege, no shared credentials, nothing you couldn't explain out loud. Professional English for the international team, Polish for day-to-day support in Poland. Nice to Have Virtualization: Proxmox, VMware or Hyper-V. Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, file servers and NAS. Exposure to ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus or similar audit work. Some cloud exposure (Azure or AWS) — useful, not required. Why You'll Want This Real breadth — identity, devices, connectivity, SaaS and AI tooling across the group, well beyond standard helpdesk. A clear mandate to tidy things up, with a manager who's already mapped what needs fixing. Direct mentoring from the manager who owns IT for the group, with a realistic path into systems, cloud or security engineering. A growing function — you're joining early, not slotting into a fixed rung. Modern tooling and a company that uses AI seriously, with the licenses and room to work with it. Private medical care, sport card, life insurance, annual training budget, team integration budget, and more.
