The role
We are hiring a Financial Analyst in Warsaw to own the financial projections behind our real estate projects. You will build and maintain the models that drive our investment decisions, financing negotiations and investor reporting, from first land screening to exit.
This is a transactional seat, not only a reporting one. Your models will be read by our Investment Committee, our lenders and our investors, and you will be in the room when they are challenged.
You will be trained in-house on Solida's modelling methodology and standards by our senior team. We are looking for someone who already has strong real estate modelling foundations and wants to apply them across a live, multi-country pipeline.
