Senior Actuarial Consultant with German (Life & Health Risk) | Aktuariat

Your responsibilities

• supporting our closing processes by carrying out IM and SF calculations
• analyzing the movements of Risk Capital and Own Funds and providing explanations for the risk report
• preparing, performing Data Quality Checks and rolling forward of ORSA, RSR and SFCR
• accompanying the product development and product maintenance process and providing risk opinions
• supporting development and maintenance of IDP tools

Our requirements

• fluent English and German
• university degree in mathematics, computer science or comparable education with a focus on financial mathematics
• professional experience in Life and/or Health insurance (German market) in at least in one of the following fields: risk management, actuarial, statistics, IFRS 17 or ALM
• competence to provide professional guidance
• independent way of working and a high level of commitment and integrity
• very good communication skills and a strong team spirit
• proactive approach to work

Optional

• willingness to travel abroad (once-twice per quarter, 2/3 days)
• actuarial qualification
