About the project, We are looking for a Senior Asset Management Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management to optimize processes and enhance service delivery. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring accurate data management and reporting. Your experience with the OpenIT platform and ServiceNow will be crucial in driving efficiency and improving IT service operations. Your responsibilities, Managing and optimizing the OpenIT platform and ServiceNow functionalities, Implementing and maintaining IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, Conducting data analysis and reporting to ensure data quality and integrity, Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support, Ensuring compliance with ITIL principles and best practices, Overseeing configuration management processes and maintaining the CMDB, Automating processes and improving reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency, Training and mentoring junior staff on ServiceNow and related tools

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, Practical experience with the OpenIT platform, Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, applications, and licensing, Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data quality management, Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data, Familiarity with ITIL principles and configuration management concepts, Ability to communicate effectively in English in an international environment

Optional, Knowledge of process automation and reporting tools, Experience with SAM Pro
