Your responsibilities, designing and overseeing development of next-generation pricing models using ML, GLM, and advanced predictive techniques, integrating AI-driven insights into multi-line pricing strategies for Motor, Property, Liability, Legal Protection, and other lines of business, leading cross-country pricing analytics projects from concept to operational deployment, establishing data governance and feature engineering best practices for high-quality modelling, partnering with underwriting, product, and claims teams to align model outputs with business objectives

fluency in English (C1), 5+ years of experience combining actuarial pricing and advanced data science in P&C insurance, proven ability to lead cross-entity analytics projects and deliver measurable portfolio improvement, expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, strong statistical modelling, feature engineering, and data visualisation skills

About the role, As a Lead Actuarial Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in translating the ERGO Group’s global pricing vision into tangible market results.
