Your responsibilities

• Support PMO coordination activities within the D365 program
• Act as an end-to-end connector between different teams and workstreams
• Track actions, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution
• Follow up on open items and support disciplined delivery of commitments
• Assist with planning and coordination for mock runs and UAT preparation
• Maintain structured reporting, documentation, and status updates
• Support meetings, action tracking, and decision follow-up
• Contribute to overall program organization and workload management

Our requirements

• Junior to mid-level professional profile with a strong attitude and ownership mindset
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong follow-up skills and focus on “getting things done”
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• Good communication skills and proactive approach
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or transformation programs is a plus, but not required

• Fixed-term engagement for approximately 10 months, with potential extension up to 12 months
