The Knowledge Manager drives the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. The role ensures that critical know-how is easily accessible, reusable, and structured for both people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework.

This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable effective engineering knowledge flow across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains.
  • Build and maintain an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with clear structures, taxonomy, and governance.
  • Capture and scale engineering know-how from lessons learned, best practices, benchmarking and design guidelines.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuously improve accessibility, quality, and reuse.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in engineering, project management, quality management, or knowledge management.
  • Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with knowledge platforms, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in automotive or another technology-driven industry.
  • Background in technical project leadership, systems engineering, project quality, or similar roles.
