Your responsibilities, Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement D365 solutions that align with business needs., Provide hands-on support during the deployment, testing, and go-live phases of projects., Customise and configure D365 Finance & Operations modules to meet specific business requirements., Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system usage and adoption., Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation., Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O advancements and recommend enhancements to existing solutions., Document processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a similar field, 3-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Solid understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes, Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes, Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams
