Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Ensure that the team is following Agile practices and promoting continuous improvement.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and planning releases.
• Shield the team from external interference and distractions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency within the team.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Promote an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or similar.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery.
• Experience in guiding teams to higher levels of maturity and performance.
• Interest in technology and staying updated with industry trends.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
