Your responsibilities, Projektowanie, tworzenie i utrzymanie usług backendowych aplikacji (API, logika biznesowa) w technologii Node.js / NestJS, Projektowanie i implementacja modeli danych oraz relacji w bazie PostgreSQL z wykorzystaniem ORM (Prisma), Tworzenie i integracja interfejsów API (REST) na potrzeby aplikacji klienckich (web, PWA) oraz panelu administracyjnego, Implementacja mechanizmów uwierzytelniania, autoryzacji oraz kontroli dostępu (RBAC), Integracja z usługami zewnętrznymi, w tym z systemami płatności (bramki płatnicze, split payment), Zapewnienie wydajności, skalowalności i bezpieczeństwa rozwiązań backendowych, Pisanie testów jednostkowych i integracyjnych oraz dbanie o jakość i czytelność kodu, Udział w przeglądach kodu (code review) oraz stosowanie dobrych praktyk inżynierskich (SOLID, clean code), Diagnozowanie i usuwanie błędów oraz obsługa zgłoszeń produkcyjnych, Współpraca z zespołem w metodyce zwinnej (Agile / Scrum) oraz udział w spotkaniach zespołu, Korzystanie z systemu kontroli wersji (Git) oraz udział w procesach CI/CD, Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji technicznej realizowanych rozwiązań

Joining now means real ownership: your decisions will shape the product from its first release., , Your responsibilities, Design and deliver features across the full stack — NestJS (Node 20, TypeScript) on the backend and Next.js 14 / React 18 on the frontend, Develop our role-based application suite (customer PWA, provider PWA, admin panel) within a single Next.js codebase, Build and consume REST APIs; model data in PostgreSQL 16 with Prisma ORM, Implement asynchronous workflows with BullMQ — notifications and real-time job dispatch, Integrate the Przelewy24 payment gateway and third-party services, Take part in code reviews and architectural decisions, working directly with the Tech Lead and Product Owner, , Our requirements, Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Node.js and React, Strong command of TypeScript, Solid working knowledge of relational databases (SQL), Good command of English (our working language), Availability to work on-site from our Warsaw office (Wola district), Ownership mindset — you take a feature from idea to production in a small, fast-moving team, Nice to have, Hands-on experience with NestJS and/or Next.js App Router, Familiarity with Prisma, BullMQ, Docker Compose, Experience with payment-gateway integrations, marketplaces, or PWA development, Additional languages (Polish, Spanish, or any other), What we offer, 11,000-12,000 PLN gross (UoP), Founding-engineer position with genuine influence on product and architecture, A fully specified MVP and documented architecture — you build, not guess, Direct, no-corporate-layers collaboration with the founder and Tech Lead, Modern office in Warsaw-Wola
