MARKETING DIRECTOR

Position: Marketing Director

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing and product strategies.
• Lead the Marketing Department and manage a team of Product Managers.
• Expand the product portfolio and successfully launch new products to market.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to support revenue growth and strengthen brand development.
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
• Oversee marketing communications, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities.
• Partner with R&D, Production, and Procurement teams to develop and enhance the product offering.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in marketing.
• Experience in the construction materials, construction chemicals, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, product marketing, and sales support activities.
• Proven experience in team leadership and marketing project management.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and product strategies.
• Experience in product portfolio management and new product launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitive activities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in English.
