Who we are looking for
Deloitte Central Europe's Human Capital practice is growing, and we're looking for a technical-functional SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.
Experience & expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, plus 2–3 talent modules
- At least 3 completed EC implementations
- Data migration experience is a plus
- Experience working across multiple projects at once
- Capability to l ead smaller workstreams

- Strong at gathering, assessing, and translating business requirements into system configurations
- Confident communicator , able to explain system configurations in clear business language
- Comfortable leading workshops and managing stakeholders
- Customer-focused , with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues
- Strategic thinker who can align client needs with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
- Proactive about identifying risks and proposing improvements
- Adaptable, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn new functionality
Your future role
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will:
- Configure the SAP SFSF solution independently , in consultation with the team lead
- Lead solution workshops with clients
- Support the Lead Consultant on functional and data migration workshops
- Support data migration activities
- Provide support during UAT and go-live
- Conduct system admin training
- Manage project deliverables and timelines
- Handle project documentation, including configuration and unit testing
