Production Planner

Production Planner position at Stryker's manufacturing facility in Skawina, Poland, coordinating medical device production activities and inventory management. The role requires collaboration across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material data in ERP system
• Monitor production schedules and resolve manufacturing execution issues
• Manage raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels
• Lead capacity planning activities and allocate production orders based on demand forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years production planning and supply chain experience in manufacturing
• SAP ERP system experience
• Proficiency in Polish and English, written and spoken
• Experience with ERP systems for production planning and inventory management

Compensation: zł97,200 - zł161,900 PLN Annual
