Your responsibilities

• Build and improve scalable MLOps and AI production pipelines
• Create annotation and model evaluation workflows
• Work with tools like Label Studio and Scale AI
• Develop ground truth datasets and golden sets
• Improve model quality, performance, latency, and cost-efficiency
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, and evaluation frameworks
• Build "model-as-a-judge" and PII scrubbing solutions
• Develop Python scripts, APIs, and integrations
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and DevOps teams
• Integrate ML solutions within AWS and GCP environments
• Support scalable vector embeddings and Generative AI ecosystems

Employer requirements

• Strong experience in MLOps and production ML environments
• Hands-on experience with annotation and evaluation workflows
• Excellent Python programming skills
• Experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms
• Understanding of model optimization and AI cost-efficiency
• Experience with monitoring, versioning, and ML evaluation pipelines
