Order Management Specialist with Turkish

This is a permanent employment opportunity.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for customer orders.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments (logistics, warehouse, sales).
• Prepare reports and analyses related to order management and customer service operations.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize order management processes.

WYMAGANIA:
• Very good command of Turkish (minimum B2 level).
• Communicative level of English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in a similar role within order management, logistics, or administration will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional competencies in an international environment.
