About the project

You will be a key technical expert responsible for the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on HRSD (HR Service Delivery).

The role combines responsibilities across Solution Architecture, Technical Product Ownership, and Technical Leadership.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and act as a technical product advocate.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical design and solution documentation.
• Explain complex technical concepts, dependencies, and risks to business stakeholders.
• Participate in product roadmap planning and technology strategy.
• Conduct spike assessments and rapidly develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Support Agile/Scrum product delivery and prioritization.
• Design and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture and related documentation.
• Provide architectural governance and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Design extensions to the ServiceNow data model to support custom modules, HRSD, and other platform capabilities.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend scalable and cost-effective approaches.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) discussions and drive solution proposals.
• Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and customizations.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.
• Support release planning and deployment of new technologies.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
• Design and maintain secure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Work with APIs, Web Services, and modern integration frameworks.
• Support integration solutions involving REST, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSO, SAML, and SSL.
• Review and refine technical designs to ensure usability, quality, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Review testing scenarios and work with users to validate test results.
• Support platform security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to ICFR, SRA, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and technical documentation.
• Lead technical assignments and mentor other team members.
• Coordinate geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
• Continuously research and evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, technologies, and resources.

Our requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Mandatory experience with ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including HRSD and Studio/Application Management.
• Extensive ServiceNow administration, design, development, and deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
• Advanced experience designing and maintaining enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, client-side and server-side scripting, and Jelly scripting.
• Fundamental knowledge of SSO, SAML, SSL, REST, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Strong understanding of platform security, GRC/IRM, and audit/compliance requirements, including ICFR and SRA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and solution designs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and developing PoCs.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, preferably in managed services or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and internal platforms quickly.
