Your responsibilities

• recording of various insurance documents in the company’s own data processing system
• assigning, interpreting and classifying scanned documents in German
• processing of certain business transactions within the scope of competence
• managing other back-office activities

Our requirements

• good command of English (B1) and German (A2/B1)
• high attention to detail and the ability to analyse and check the accuracy of data
• high motivation and task orientation
• service and customer orientation
• computer literacy (MS Office)
• university degree
• experience in the shared service environment, insurance industry, especially German insurance
• basic knowledge of the health and composite insurance sectors
