Your responsibilities

  • Executing the company's sales strategy for Germany and potentially DACH region to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Responsibility for the client portfolio and its active development
  • Negotiating and closing high-value deals and contracts
  • Creating regular sales reports and performance indicators for management staff, ensuring regular data entry into the CRM system
  • Creating and practicing the best work standards
  • Creating, executing and consulting account plans and sales strategy
  • Representing the company externally (conferences, fairs, industry events)
  • Actively contributing to the international team's success

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of complex solution selling experience as a Key Account Manager or similar
  • Experience in international business environments
  • Experience working in an IT Solutions and Resources provider
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, IT trends and the specifics of the clients and the German market
  • Proven hunter experience - acquiring new customers and new sales opportunities
  • A network of contacts, ready for quick activation
  • Experience in working with tools supporting prospecting activities, such as Sales Navigator, Salesforce
  • Experience in conducting business meetings and presentations with the ability to understand customer needs and translate that into a winning offer
  • Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent business communication
  • German as native or C1 level minimum
  • Ability to build long-term, positive relationships with both customers and with teams and units within the organization
  • Communication skills: ability to ask meaningful questions, active listening, negotiation, ability to adapt communication to the recipient at various levels, including C-level
  • Great independence in action
  • Working according to Sales methodology and/or methodological/process driven attitude
  • Goal orientation, effectiveness in action, punctuality and meticulousness in managing data in internal systems
  • Self-motivation, passion-driven attitude, and a team player
  • Willing to travel if necessary

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with fluent German and strong hunter mindset, who will drive business growth across the German/DACH market by building long-term client relationships and selling IT solutions and services in an international environment.

Position objectives :

Acquiring new key accounts and developing business with the company's clients. The purpose of the position is to sell IT solutions and resources, which involves understanding customer’s business challenges and thus contributing to the customer’s digital transformation. Essential to this position is knowing how to build strong relationships and strategically develop key accounts to maximize business opportunities.
