About the project

We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project delivered for our client, a global healthcare company.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions
• Coordinate development activities and ensure technical quality across the delivery team
• Support solution implementation, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery planning
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders
• Support backlog refinement and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices
• Ensure alignment with technical standards, governance, and project objectives

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly Customer Service Management
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling and solution design principles
• Proven capability to lead development activities and coordinate technical delivery
• Good understanding of system integrations and ServiceNow platform development
• Familiarity with code review practices and technical governance standards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams
