Senior Internal Auditor

This leading manufacturing group with operations in almost 50 countries, is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor in their corporate center in Poland (flexible/hybrid working model).

Covering the worldwide production sites, your role will be focused on both leading and undertaking mostly operational audits. You will lead audits with the assistance of team members, guest auditors and co-sourced providers.

You will also undertake some financial, internal controls and special audit assignments – mostly forensic/fraud investigations and data analytics audits as well as occasional IT audits across the group.

You will undertake around 10 audits per year and travel is estimated at around 30%.

You will overseeexit meetings with company management and assist management in developing a better ERM system.

The company is dedicated to rotate individuals into another job in the business (finance or operational roles) after 2-3 years of working in the corporate audit team.

Candidates should have experience gained either within external audit / big 4 type firms or internal audit/ controls within a corporate.

Experience working with international businesses is preferred.

Fluent English is essential - other international languages (such as Spanish etc.) would be welcomed but is not essential.
