We are seeking a passionate and driven Web UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a key implementer, translating visionary designs into functional user interfaces under the guidance of a Design Director. Responsibilities

• Implement UI/UX Designs: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on the Design Director's guidelines. Translate high-level design concepts into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with 3D artists, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of assets. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure Consistency and Quality: Maintain design consistency across all web pages and components. Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Iterate and Improve: Quickly implement feedback from the Design Director and stakeholders. Continuously refine designs based on user testing and analytics.
• Meet Deadlines: Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. Prioritize tasks to align with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to implement designs effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Familiarity with prototyping tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Working knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Soft Skills: Critical thinker; fast learner; passionate about UI/UX design and staying updated with industry trends; team player with excellent communication skills; problem solver; collaborative attitude.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (preferred but not required).
