Customer Master Data Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist to manage the Customer Master Data Object across CRM and ERP systems. The role involves creation, modification, updates, and maintaining data quality and integrity. The specialist will also participate in building a new Enterprise Master Data Platform and resolve internal customer issues to support high‑quality database and reporting needs.

Contract Details

Fixed‑term contract, ending November2027.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of MDM processes related to customers across ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate, timely Customer Master Data across CRM and ERP platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate on the development of a new Enterprise Master Data Platform.
• Resolve issues raised by internal customers to meet reporting and database requirements.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer research skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player attitude.

Location

Poland – Wroclaw, Legnicka.

Compensation

Salary range: zł79,800.00 – zł121,725.00 PLN annual.
