Your responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the production facility.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and update of HSE procedures, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety observations to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of HSE performance indicators.
• Conduct HSE induction training for new employees and support the coordination of mandatory training programs.
• Help organize and promote safety awareness campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the safety culture.
• Maintain HSE documentation, training records, and employee certifications.
• Support incident investigations and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Cooperate with contractors, visitors, and external service providers to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Assist in the management of chemical products, waste management processes, and environmental protection activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits and monitor the implementation of follow-up actions.
• Support the supervision of fire protection equipment and emergency systems.
• Promote and contribute to the implementation of 5S standards within the workplace.

Our requirements

• University degree or current studies in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Communicative English language skills enabling effective work in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to work in a production environment.

Optional

• Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HSE Specialist (m/f/x) to support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental standards at our facility in Legnica.

In this role, you will assist with workplace inspections, risk assessments, HSE documentation, safety training, and monitoring HSE performance indicators. You will work closely with production teams and other departments to promote a strong safety culture, support audits and incident investigations, and help ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
