Your responsibilities, Supporting the collection of product information required for new part number creation within PPG systems., Assisting in reviewing available product data and identifying missing information required for further processing., Supporting the gathering and organization of documentation, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Country of Origin information, Commodity Codes and Export Compliance Classification data., Preparing documentation summaries and data files for review by project, sourcing or supply chain contacts., Assisting with the preparation of New Part Requests (NPRs) using designated workflow tools and systems., Preparing status updates regarding open requests, outstanding documentation and pending actions., Supporting communication with internal stakeholders and external contacts for the purpose of obtaining required product information., Assisting in identifying data inconsistencies, gaps or missing information within selected product records., Supporting implementation-related activities associated with new materials and product setup., Participating in selected data quality and continuous improvement initiatives related to product and supply chain information., Supporting documentation organization and record maintenance in accordance with applicable company standards and compliance requirements., Preparing reports, summaries and presentation materials related to assigned data management activities.

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field., Interest in supply chain, product data management or business process support., Attention to detail and willingness to work with data and documentation., Good analytical and organizational skills., Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel., Ability to organize assigned activities and communicate progress effectively., Good written and verbal communication skills., Ability to cooperate effectively within an international and multicultural environment., Fluency in English.

Optional, Basic knowledge of ERP systems or master data concepts is considered an advantage., Familiarity with supply chain, procurement or regulatory documentation is considered an advantage.
