Your responsibilities

• Template Quality Control & Asset Readiness
• Review source files, templates, and digital assets to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for production.
• Conduct quality control to reduce errors and ensure consistent output.
• Process Improvement
• Help standardise briefs, input files, workflows, and asset structures so that content can be produced more efficiently.
• Reporting project progress internally and externally
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with client service, automation, production, and adaptation teams to coordinate work, clarify requirements, and support smooth delivery.
• Liaising with key project stakeholders including client, origination and global team
• End-to-end automation project management

Our requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to check digital assets against technical and brand requirements
• Good problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on improving processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• Understanding of digital content production, adaptation, and localisation across markets
• Ability to learn quickly and confidence in working with new platforms and tools

Optional

• Experience with content automation or template-based production tools, such as Storyteq, Templater, or similar platforms
