Junior People & Culture Specialist with Hungarian (remote)
Are you passionate about supporting people and delivering an excellent employee experience? Do you speak Hungarian and English fluently? Join an international People & Culture team where you'll have the opportunity to build your HR career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR support to employees via email and ticketing systems.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment-related documents and certificates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and personnel administration.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Cooperate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain a high level of customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in Hungarian (C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, HR support, or shared services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
