About the project, Unleash the Power of Human-Centric Design — Shape Seamless Digital Experiences!, , Warsaw-based opportunity with remote work flexibility., , As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking company dedicated to enhancing web usability and responsiveness. You will play a key role in refining digital interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, mobile-first, and aesthetically aligned with existing visual identities. This is a chance to influence the user experience of impactful web applications, supporting innovation and user engagement.

Your responsibilities, Improve mobile usability by optimizing information hierarchy and functionality on small screens., Design responsive components that adapt seamlessly across devices for an enriched user experience., Enhance visibility and interaction design to support user goals and streamline workflows., Restructure, remove, or combine interface elements to eliminate clutter and increase clarity., Create designs that are ready for developer implementation, maintaining visual consistency., Work within an AI-enabled design workflow, leveraging advanced tools for efficient output., Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate UX insights into practical design solutions., Make data-driven modifications to existing web applications, emphasizing incremental improvements over redesigns.

At least 5 years of professional experience in web UX/UI design., Strong proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity, mobile-first design., Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile usability best practices., Experience working on web interfaces, focusing on dense information and complex UI elements., Ability to work comfortably within an AI-enabled design and development environment., Proven track record of delivering designs within tight turnaround timelines.

Optional, Light graphic design skills to support occasional visual adjustments., Experience working in English, with a B2 or better command of the language., Certifications or additional skills related to web design, UX, or UI.
