Account Manager Poland & Baltics

Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue and exceeding both sales and margin targets. You build strong partnerships with our clients and proactively identify new business opportunities that support long‑term growth. As the Account Manager, you play a key role in the commercial success of your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding into additional sales channels across Sports, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG to drive market growth.
  • Introducing and growing our brands by implementing a clear and effective sales strategy.
  • Leading collection presentations and business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual) and coordinating marketing concepts with partners.
  • Reviewing key business metrics regularly and translating insights into concrete improvement actions.
  • Working closely with Sales Management and Sales Support to ensure seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting or leading additional projects that contribute to market expansion and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Fashion, Sports Lifestyle or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build long‑term partnerships.
  • A solution‑focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, close‑knit sales team.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment and retailer needs.
  • Live in the Warsaw region and willing to travel regularly across Poland and the Baltics.
  • Legal right to work in Poland.

Location & Eligibility

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and requires traveling. Remote work from home or other countries is not possible. The position requires having the legal right to work in Poland.
