Twój zakres obowiązków

• You are the interface between Customers, Sales Representatives, Purchasing and Production
• You take care of our customers who order our products via our online interfaces and map our offer via our webshop.
• You will be available to our Customers and Sales Representatives on a daily basis with advice and support
• You clarify the needs with the Customers and determine timings for the actions with the specialist departments
• You accompany campaigns and map them in our online offer
• You develop individual web shop solutions in coordination with customers
• You will create calculations, offers, order confirmations and you will drive the automation of order processing in our systems.
• You will be in close contact with the team leader and you will be part of the further Development of the sales department. We always have an ear for improvement and listen to you

Nasze wymagania

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
• You have initial experience in the field of e-commerce and/or the support of webshops
• You can communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken, and ideally have other foreign language skills
• Ideally, you have initial experience in project management
• You have a basic understanding of internal production processes
• You enjoy teamwork and working with national and international customers
• You know how to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• You are able to solve problems in a structured way
• You are proficient in the common Office 365 programs
