Procurement Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join enterprise sourcing team. In this role, you will support the execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple locations and categories, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop potential suppliers across company divisions
• Execute RFQs and RFPs across multiple sites and sourcing categories
• Manage sourcing projects end-to-end (from requirements definition to supplier selection)
• Ensure sourcing decisions are transparent, compliant, and data-driven
• Increase the number of sourcing projects delivered and support faster sourcing cycles and earlier savings realization
• Support supplier development and dual sourcing initiatives
• Contribute to supply risk mitigation and business continuity planning
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, data, and supplier communication

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Hands-on experience with RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid analytical and organizational capabilities
• Fluent English (daily working language)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline and follow-through
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to expand spend under management
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
• Availability to travel required, up to approximately 25%
